Welcome to Willow’s AKC Golden Retriever Puppies. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Puppy Reservation & Purchase
- A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
- The total cost of each puppy is $3,500.
- Final payment is due at or before pickup/delivery.
- We accept payments via Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
2. Health Guarantee
- Puppies come with a one-year health guarantee against genetic defects.
- Both the mother and father of your puppy have full health clearances, including genetic testing and screening for breed-specific conditions.
- Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of receiving the puppy.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless under agreed-upon health guarantee terms.
- If for any reason you can no longer care for your puppy, please contact us. We will help rehome the puppy, but no refund will be issued.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- All puppies must be picked up on the agreed-upon date unless prior arrangements are made.
- Delivery options may be available for an additional fee.
5. Breeding Rights & Spay/Neuter Policy
- Puppies are sold as pets only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- A spay/neuter agreement may apply.
6. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Your information will only be used for communication regarding your puppy purchase and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
