At Willow’s AKC Golden Retriever Puppies, our mission is to raise emotionally sound, physically healthy Golden Retrievers who bring joy, comfort, and connection to the families they join.

Rooted in love, legacy, and intentional care, we focus on multigenerational lines raised in a warm, nurturing home environment. From our matriarch Willow to each new litter, our Goldens are a part of our family—and we treat every puppy as if they’ll be with us forever.

We are committed to ethical breeding, transparent practices, and placing each puppy with families who will cherish them as much as we do.

Willow’s AKC Golden Retriever Puppies began with one very special girl—Willow. Her calm presence, gentle soul, and loving nature captured our hearts and inspired the vision for everything that followed.

What started as a deep love for one dog grew into a full-hearted commitment to preserving and sharing the qualities that make Golden Retrievers so special. Over the years, our family has raised multiple generations of Goldens—each carrying forward the same sweet temperament, loyalty, and charm that Willow gave to us.

We believe in raising puppies the way they were meant to be raised: in a home filled with warmth, laughter, and intention. Our dogs are part of our daily lives, and every puppy we welcome into the world is treated like family from day one.

Meet the Family Behind Willow’s Puppies

We’re the Beard family—Lisa, Bill, and our son Eli—and we’re the heart behind Willow’s AKC Golden Retriever Puppies. Together, we live on the beautiful North Coast of California, where our home is filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of wagging tails.

Lisa (that’s me!) is the day-to-day puppy whisperer. From early morning snuggles to socialization and health care, I’m hands-on with every puppy born into our program. Bill, my husband and constant support, keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—he’s our resident fix-it guy, puppy-cuddler, and doggy chauffeur. And Eli, our son, brings youthful energy, a calm spirit, and a special bond with each of our Goldens. He’s especially good at turning playtime into an adventure.

We’re not just breeders—we’re a family who has built our lives around raising well-loved, well-mannered Golden Retrievers who bring joy into the homes they join. Every puppy is a part of our story, and we’re honored to be a part of yours.
